Mac App Store 版本不向开发者收集、上传或出售个人数据、设备标识、使用统计、诊断信息或 TCP 报文。
本机数据
连接配置、发送历史、应用设置、日志和报文数据库仅保存在 macOS 为本应用分配的沙盒容器中。除非您主动导出，这些数据不会离开您的 Mac。
网络连接
应用仅在您明确输入目标地址并发起连接时，向该 TCP 主机发送您提供的数据。目标主机由您选择和控制；开发者不会接收或代理这些 TCP 内容。连接到局域网设备时，macOS 会请求“本地网络”权限。
文件导出
CSV、JSON 和文本导出只会写入您通过 macOS 保存面板选择的位置。应用不会扫描其他文件或文件夹。
Apple 提供的分析
Apple 可能依据您的系统隐私设置向开发者提供汇总、去标识化的 App Store Connect 分析。该数据由 Apple 处理，应用本身不集成第三方分析或广告 SDK。
保留与删除
本机数据会保留到您在应用中清除相关记录、删除导出文件，或移除应用及其容器。由于 Mac App Store 版本不向开发者上传数据，开发者没有可供远程访问或删除的个人数据副本。
其他发行版本
从官网或其他渠道下载的版本可能提供独立的版本检查或启动统计功能，不属于本政策所描述的 Mac App Store 二进制。Mac App Store 版本不包含这些功能。
官网发行版：可关闭的使用统计
直接发行版统计默认开启，适用于新安装和未保存统计偏好的旧配置；已明确关闭的选择不会被升级覆盖。您可以随时在设置中关闭并保存。启用期间，应用向开发者的 statistics.onemoretry.cc 服务通过 HTTPS 发送应用版本、构建标识、发行渠道、系统及可用的系统大版本、CPU 架构、界面语言、随机安装标识、活动日期，以及启动、功能操作、分类错误和耗时区间的累计计数。不会发送机器硬件标识、TCP 报文、目标 IP/域名/端口、连接名称、协议内容、AI 提示词、密钥、原始错误或文件路径。
这些数据用于了解活跃安装、版本覆盖、功能使用及可靠性，不用于广告或跨应用识别。启用时发送首次快照，此后约每30分钟汇总；断网待发数据仅保留最近7天并有数量限制。关闭会取消上报并清除本机待发数据。重置标识会立即清除本机标识和待发数据，已开启时生成新随机标识，不关联新旧身份，也不会删除已发送的记录。
服务端统计明细和随机安装标识永久保留，不按时间自动删除。汇总只向经过身份验证的管理员开放，响应不包含安装标识。统计只代表开启统计的安装，不等于用户人数或下载次数。旧版历史启动数据不自动转换或关联到新随机标识，旧历史记录同样不按时间自动删除。
HTTP 服务为传输和滥用防护会接触来源 IP，但新统计数据库不保存来源 IP；反向代理/访问日志须按独立运维策略限制访问和保留。隐私问题可通过下方邮箱联系开发者。
Direct distribution: optional usage statistics
This section applies to new Windows/Linux and other direct builds with the “Help improve the app” setting. It does not apply to the Mac App Store build. Older releases' launch records remain separate.
Statistics are enabled by default for new direct installations and older configurations without a saved preference. An explicit off choice is preserved across upgrades. You can disable reporting in Settings and save at any time. While enabled, the app sends the developer application version, build, channel, OS and available major version, architecture, language, a random installation ID, activity dates, and cumulative counts of launches, feature operations, categorized errors and duration ranges via HTTPS to statistics.onemoretry.cc. Hardware identifiers, TCP payloads, destination addresses or ports, connection names, protocol contents, AI prompts, keys, raw errors and file paths are excluded.
Reports help measure active installations, version adoption, features and reliability, not advertising or cross-app identification. An initial snapshot is sent on enable, then approximately every 30 minutes. A bounded local queue keeps at most seven days of pending reports. Disabling cancels reporting and clears pending data. Reset immediately clears the local ID and queue and, if enabled, creates an unrelated new random ID; already-sent reports are not deleted by a local reset.
Server-side telemetry details and random installation IDs are retained indefinitely, without automatic deletion based on age. Authenticated administrators see aggregates without installation IDs. These enabled-installation counts are not people or downloads. Old launch records are not linked to new IDs and are also retained without automatic age-based deletion.
The HTTP service receives source IPs for transport and abuse prevention, but the new telemetry database does not store them. Proxy/access logs require separate restricted-access and retention policies. Contact the developer using the email below for privacy questions.

Privacy Policy for TCP Debug Assistant
The Mac App Store version does not collect, upload, sell, or share personal data, device identifiers, usage analytics, diagnostics, or TCP payloads with the developer.
Data stored on your Mac
Connection settings, message history, preferences, logs, and packet databases remain in the app's macOS sandbox container. They leave your Mac only when you explicitly export them.
Network connections
The app connects only to a TCP destination you enter and sends data you choose. The developer does not receive or proxy that traffic. macOS requests Local Network permission when a destination is on your local network.
File exports
CSV, JSON, and text exports are written only to a location you select with the macOS save panel. The app does not scan other files or folders.
Apple analytics
Apple may provide aggregated, de-identified App Store Connect analytics according to your system privacy settings. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you clear it, delete exported files, or remove the app and its container. Because this version uploads no data to the developer, the developer has no remote personal-data copy to access or delete.
